What has been happening.

I have decided to take our blog public again. Yea! you can stalk the Dahl's again.

So Bryson is in nursery now. CRAZY! He has gone twice now and I do not know what to do with myself. I actually get to sit and listen to the lesson in Gospel Doc and Relief Society . Bryson is not sold on nursery yet. Poor Brother Singleton has to hold him while he has a super sad face and a finger in his mouth. But hey, he is not crying right.

I am on the hunt for two things:

1 - A super good yet super easy fudge recipe

2 - Some one to run (ok jogg and walk) with.

Qualifications: can not be in shape

can not run more than 2 miles in 30 min

Good company

So if you can help me on my hunt I would appreciate it.

Everything else is the same. My kids creat new creative messes every hour. Time out has no affect on them. They change their clothes 3x a day, and would rather eat oreos than anything I make for dinner. I have it made what can I say.

Dalan is back in school again. Nights..... It sucks! so he is gone alot and I am home alot. But it'll be worth it in the long run. His sister says we did it all wrong. We were supposed to get married and then be starving students, then have kids. Not get married have 4 kids and then become starving students. O well, we cant do everything right.

I finally broke down and we got a pet. Actually we got 4. OK dont laugh............... we got tourtisus. Yes 4 of them. They are so cute and the kids LOVE them. This is a pic of them. I mean how could you not love them. They don't shed, bark, bite, or jump on you!

Fun in the SNOW..

After Christmas we always go to Midway, UT. This year was Fantastic. It was not too cold and the snow was perfect. Ashlyn and Hailey learned how to ski this year. They are such Champs! I was such a proud mom watching them ski down the mountain for the first time. They are always up for anything. They were skiing and stopping and turning just after 2 hours. Hailey loved it, and Ashlyn wanted to ski sitting down, but they did it!
Brayden picked up right where he left off last year. I snowboarded while he skied one day and he beat me down the mountain and would stop to wait for me. What a sweet boy to take care of his mom.
I love watching my kids grow up. Everyday is different. They amaze me so much.

HO HO HO! Merry Christmas...

The kids were so cute this year on Christmas, They were so excited about everything. Even Brysons reactions were adorable. And of course this year I decided not to tape Christmas. Stupid Liz. All around, Christmas was great. Bryson had to finish opening his presents at night because Santa gave him a "Coaster" and he would not stop playing with it long enough to open anything. The girls got newbikes that they LOVE! and Brayden got a remote control car that he thinks is so cool especially when he makes it flip over or chases his sisters with it.
After Christmas morning we went to my moms house, which was great. The kids played with their cousins and open more presents. We then came home and I fell asleep till 7:00. That was my Christmas present. Thanks Dalan.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASHLYN AND HAILEY!

Happy Birthday Ashlyn and Hailey!

Mandy made this wonderful Barbie birthday cake. The girls loved having their very own special cake. I think I ate most of the cake. All the kids were concerned that barbie had no legs when we took her apart.

We had a scavenger hunt in the sand

The castle jumper. The kids love the jumpers. We had this one and a square one.
The girls called the other one the "boy" one because it was blue and the castle was the girls .

Barbie Pinata. It was a joke when she broke. She is so little I couldn't put allot of candy in it and it just dumped right out in one pile. So we had to get more candy and just pass it out.

The girls Birthday Breakfast.

The Girls are 4. I can not believe it. We are so blessed to have them in our lives. Most of you don't know that I was put in the hospital with the girls. At 26 weeks I checked in. (I literally moved into the hospital!) They were Mono -Mono twins. Which is one placenta one sac. So they could touch each other and get the cords in knots. So Brayden was 1 and no longer had a mom. Within that time at the hospital I went into labor (the 1st night I checked in) so I was on Magnesium for a while, then tributaline. yada yada yada.... I had to get a blood transfusion because I was so anemic, and variouse other fun things. I was constantly on a monitor to listen for the girls heart rate. During my stay we had MANY scares about the girls having to get delivered earlier then they already were. The pediatric Docs came regularly to make sure I understood everything. With allot of prayers the girls were delivered by c-section at 3:00 in the morning 8 weeks early. Ashlyn was 4.6 lbs and Hailey was 3.11 lbs. We are so lucky they had no major problems. 3 weeks in the NICU and they came home each at around 4 lbs.

We love you Ashlyn and Hailey
Dalan and Ashlyn

Ashlyn and Hailey under the light because they were Jaundice.

Do not judge the picture, I just gave birth!

(ok 8 hours ago but I was out of it, I mean I am still in the sexy hospital gown.)
